Nightclub security is a difficult but necessary job. We recognise the critical nature of providing a safe environment in which people can enjoy themselves without fear of untoward/unpleasant situations developing. Our first priority is to ensure that all situations are handled fairly and safely, with an emphasis on judgement equality, behaviour management and conflict resolution, emergency first aid, civil and criminal law awareness, and arrest procedures. We are there to protect and manage the club in such a way that everyone, especially the most vulnerable, leaves safely and unscathed.
